Employee Shuttle
Tsawwassen Mills provides two employee shuttles to the shopping centre. The route from Scott Road Station (110th Ave.) to Tsawwassen Mills and the route from Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU) to Tsawwassen Mills supplements existing public transportation routes to Tsawwassen Mills (601, 609, 620). It is mandatory to have all shuttle trips pre-booked using the online booking tool. A link to the online booking tool has been provided to store managers who are responsible for ensuring the information is given to their employees. Please note that face masks are mandatory to be worn while using the shuttle service.

Tickets available in a one-way ($2 + tax), round-trip ($4 + tax), 10 pass ($20 + tax), or a new monthly pass ($40 + tax).

How does the new reservation system work?
A series of how-to videos can be accessed here. The videos will take you through the steps from creating an account, purchasing a ticket/pass to reserving your trip to/from work.
What packages are available with the new system and what are the prices?
The new system will allow you to purchase the following passes: one-way ($2 + tax), round-trip ($4 + tax), 10 pass ($20 + tax), and monthly ($40 + tax). Please note, the monthly pass is different from the 30-day pass because the monthly pass is valid for a specific calendar month.
When can I start booking my trips to/from work using the new Betterez reservation system?
September 21 or as soon as you receive the link from your store manager.
Will I be able to use the credit from my ticket/pass purchased through the ZAUI booking tool?
Promocodes purchased from the ZAUI booking platform will be transferred by September 27 with subsequent new purchases made after September 27 to take 1-2 business days to transfer over.
What form of payment does the new system accept?
The new system accepts Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit and Mastercard Debit. Prepaid credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) can be purchased at Shoppers Drug Mart, located between Entry 2 and Entry 3.
How do I adjust my reservation?
At this time, only one way / round trip tickets can be changed within the user’s account. Any bookings made with a monthly / 10-trip pass will need to contact Guest Services to cancel their booking and credit will go back to the original Flex Pass to use for rebooking.
Can I purchase my ticket on the shuttle?
No passes must be booked in advance to guarantee your seat. Please reserve and pay for your shuttle trips via the link provided to your store managers.
I purchased my ticket/pass but I did not receive my QR code?
Please check that you submitted the correct email address. You can also text 604-948-9889 with your full information and a Guest Services team member will assist you.
Will I be able to receive a refund?
No, all purchases are final, as noted on the booking tool and confirmation email.
Will shoppers have access to the booking tool?
No, shoppers will not have access to the booking tool at this time.
